Penny was such a sweet lady who worked with me to select the arrangements, as well as the beautiful vases.
Our family called & wanted a nice arrangement for a family members funeral. We were assured that it would be full & very nice. We were even willing to pay more because we wanted it very special since some of us are out of state.
Well it was very dissapointing & we were very upset about it. Not appropriate for a funeral service, pretty for a personal gift but not a service where flowers were going to cemetery.
Friendly staff. Very helpful.
We will not be ordering from them again! :(
Special Occasions is the best florist/gift shop around!!! I wanted a glass block with light purple wings and a line from a song for my best friend in a vibrant purple and they not only accommodated my request but texted the colors to for my approval before it was completed!!!! The staff is helpful, friendly and compassionate when it is necessary!!!!
Because I do not live in WV, I called them to order two arrangements from the FTD website. They didn't have exactly what I saw, but said they would do something comparable. Actually, what my family members got was much more beautifully arranged with breathtaking flowers. Much nicer than "comparable." In fact, one of my family members texted me pictures of both arrangements, and I could not believe how beautiful they were.
It appears they are working hard to make a much better impression vs. the unhappy google user from 6 years ago.
